 Model 4001
With Jet Sew's Model 4001 Rug Cut Apart System, one operator tending two systems can process up to 36 units per minute. Rolls of printed or cut loop rugs are placed on the in-feed conveyor. The leading roll is automatically loaded into the powered cradle and the leading end is fed into the cut apart system. The cut line is then optically sensed or mechanically detected, triggering the guillotine knife and separating the leading rug from the roll. Once separated, the mat is uniformly stacked.

| Model 4010
With Jet Sew's Model 4010 Die Cutting System, one operator can process ready to sew blanks (either rectangular with or without radius corners and contour mats) at a cycle time of 5 seconds or less depending on the size of the blank and the thickness of the material. Slit rolls of non-patterned material are placed on the in-feed conveyor. The leading roll is automatically loaded into the power cradle and the leading edge is fed into the slit to width knives. The press automatically advances the material based upon the die in the machine and the preloaded computer program. Once the mat is cut, the blank is uniformly stacked. The scrap from slitting and cutting the radius is automatically removed by the system.
