Model 2850/2851

With Jet Sew's Model 2850, programmable, fully automatic Bathmat Hemming System, one operator can produce in excess of 2,400 bound mats per 8-hour shift. This system auomatically die cuts mats from a web of tufted matting. The required shape and size is formed using a steel rule cutting-die, which creates minimal waste. Two sewing modules apply the binding to the mat allowing for proper binding fullness and overlap. Serged or whip stitched finishes are optional. Model 2856

Jet Sew's new 2856 Automotive Floor Mat Hemming System is a fully automatic, robotic sewing system that turns out mats of remarkably consistent quality. Flexibility is built-in. Various sewing profiles can be easily downloaded for various sizes and shapes. Since the machine features fully automated sewing, highly skilled sewing operators are not required and a single operator can run two 2856 systems at the same time. A portion of this Model is covered by United States Patent No. 6,155,186.
